These events cover thirty years of officials willful, deliberate civil and criminal violations (which were used to cover up atrocities). I am a U.S. citizen and women of color who has never signed or gave authorizations for any violations of privacy or representation. There’s no P.O.A.-Power of Attorney, no management, no verbal or written consent for anyone to deprive me of rights and opportunities! Despite no legal justification, my entire life, life’s work, etc.…have been

I don’t belong to any groups and there have been manipulated events that have negatively impacted many groups; therefore, impacting my ability to gain assistance. No one helped with any of my plights, not family, friends, communities, they only accepted what they were told.

Entities and officials have violated, abused power and used influence, ‘snaked and connived’ to take anything from me; such as, music royalties, publishing and business proceeds.

I filed lawsuits, complaints of misconduct and petitions for this entire thirty years. I made it a point to make sure that no one could say that I never tried to get help. As a citizen and human being, I should have been given an opportunity to be directly

I did everything reasonable and legal to break these chains, deliberately breaking every rule that was keeping me enslaved. That’s why I’m insistent on proper resolution! Just because these entities were able to ‘skirt’ justice, abuse power and intimidate for decades doesn’t mean that they cannot be held accountable!
I took care of my business like a professional; however, I was bullied and deprived of all rights.
I feel that people should know how it is done, publicly. I have never done anything to merit this level of betrayal and abuse. I am in a position that could be easily exploited by entities and groups.
There is nothing that can be named that has not been done to me, publicly over the course of 30 years…but I’m supposed to smile, act like nothing happened AND make people like me so I can have human and civil rights! I’ve been threatened with jail and incarceration for not quietly allowing deprivations.
Officials and/or entities wish to deny me any resolution and hope that I am murdered, trying to escape this ‘modern-day slavery’ that this system supports.

I have been deprived of all rights to seek justice and denied basic needs. Blatant proof of abuse of power and deprivation has never even been addressed; instead, they are dismissed.
Due to the entities involved, when I seek assistance these entities use their positions, influence and power ‘under color of law’ to hinder. I am requesting help to unseal my FBI File because it was not sealed by court order until I asked for a copy under FOIA (Freedom of Information Act.
All proof and documents are in support of allegations listed below:
1. While ‘under color of law’ Officials modified CJIS/GCIC criminal background without a hearing or cause on a (FOA) First Offender sentencing (although subject was reporting as directed by court under the First Offender Act.
2. Officials used illegally obtained warrant to seize housing and repeated hindered employment.
3. Plaintiff filed a second lawsuit against a police agency but was met with blatant obstruction and intimidation.
4. There is proof of mail tampering, blatant obstruction and judicial misconduct across multiple states.
5. Plaintiff’s court filings were illegally modified, judges were switched without cause prior to summary judgment ruling which confirms blatant obstruction and deprivation of rights.
6. Under the FOIA and due to privacy violations, plaintiff requested a copy of F.B.I. files on herself and others. There were 221 pages of 357 pages of the F.B.I. file that were questionably SEALED BY COURT ORDER, just prior to request for file.
There has been no direct communication; wherein, the facts and proof of blatant, deliberate deprivation and willful indifference and neglect has been addressed.
These are just a few of the many allegations provided that can be substantiated with an multitude of supporting documentation.

I can image how many citizens contact your offices seeking help so I will spare you the lengthy request. I have already contacted every senators, congresspersons, group, organization, agency but clearly due to abuse of power, influence, payoff’s, intimidation and violence…everyone is turning a blind eye.

Courts:
The courts ignored actual violence and facts while attributing ‘violence’ to being a product of plaintiffs ovarian cystectomy (female surgery)…
There was individuals who were assaulted, shot, double homicides, etc…but no one addressed or acknowledged each incident.I am not an attorney but due to most turning a blind eye, I have been forced to take matters in my own hands. I do not have to tell you how dangerous this can be but I refuse to be bullied out of my civil and human rights without a good fight.
I have reached out to many of the legal aids organizations but in spite of ‘obstruction of justice’ and many other unethical behaviors (which have clearly violated my civil rights)…some have attempted to use the statutes of limitations to dissuade the pursuit of justice.

The decision was made…. people used their influence and power because every outlet from privacy violations, the public, television programming, radio, employers to inflict harm and to attempt to induce suicide. Many have used others instances of injustice and hardships in an effort to desensitize, minimizing the criminal and civil wrongdoings as if it should just be a normal part of life. However, a lifetime of deliberate obstruction and wrongs combined with continued unnatural incidents (including violence) only confirms this is not the same.
These efforts to deceive are easily categorized as attempts to suppress the truth behind disregarding facts; thus, cementing this oppression.The difference between similar instances of injustice is the criminal behavior used to facilitate, manipulate and cement the oppression for others to profit. Meanwhile, the masses are being fed information which promotes hostility and vengeance regarding incidents that are happening behind the scenes (violent incidents that are not acknowledged).
Most aren’t placed in a position to be judged daily by all through public access.
They don’t have to fight everyone AND major corruption. People have understanding, empathy. These post and website plights may appear to be unrelated, but they are not separate issues. The traditional educational platform does not truly prepare our youth for what actually transpires in their transition to adulthood; especially, with regards to conducting business. No one should be forced to live without any shield against corruption, bullying, misconduct and intimidation; however, because society has knowingly or unknowingly implemented a system where the individual does not matter.
Society has (knowingly or unknowingly) implemented a system where the ‘individual,’ does not matter. It would take an enormous amount of support and effort to influence people who have been desensitized over the course of time. Meanwhile, it is the individuals who suffer, only to become a giant mass of hostile individuals who don’t care about their fellow mankind.
These programs prepare these ‘individuals’ for this ‘implemented system;’ thus, preventing them from becoming entrapped and victimized.
My point is that it should not be acceptable under no circumstances to take everything from specific individuals simply because of desensitization and dehumanization. Our youth are being swallowed up and impacted by these negatives. They are not equipped to handle the shock of learning how the world actually operates. As human beings, we need to accept our role in shaping society.
It is difficult for adults to navigate society so imagine the pressures that our youths face while having to navigate in a desensitized society. In addition, our youth’s entire life seems to revolve around social media, games and other technological advances so there is no way to guarantee what they may be exposed to while using their devices. Imagine a youth who is experiencing peer pressure or bullying or some other traumatic experience. How are they expected to respond to every negative comment or display of negativity promoted on social media, in commercials, media and other outlets? The real question is, how can we not prepare them and equip them with the skills to identify and to process these negative experiences?

With regards to my personal experience, NONE of what has transpired, is legal! I am a U.S. citizen and women of color who has never signed or gave authorizations for any violations of privacy or representation. There’s no POA-Power of Attorney, no management, no verbal or written consent for anyone to deprive me of rights and opportunities! Despite no legal justification, my entire life, life’s work, etc.…have been publicly deprived. I have never received any direct communication or any agreements. I don’t belong to any groups and there have been manipulated events that have negatively impacted many groups; therefore, impacting my ability to gain assistance. No one helped, not family, friends, communities, they only accepted what they were told.
I feel that people should know how it is done, publicly. I have never done anything to merit this level of betrayal and abuse. I am in a position that could be easily exploited by entities and groups. There is nothing that can be named that has not been done to me, publicly over the course of 30 years…but I’m supposed to smile, act like nothing happened AND make people like me so I can have human and civil rights! I’ve been threatened with jail and incarceration for not quietly allowing deprivations.
Officials and/or entities wish to deny me any resolution and hope that I am murdered, trying to escape this ‘modern-day slavery’ that this system supports. I wonder if Cass Czerwinski, the bar owner and his family were influential, powerful people that could keep their names out of the press. I am still researching both parties; however, I can’t help but wonder if Czerwinski is related to Democratic Representative Joseph C. Czerwinski.
As the daughter of man convicted of allegedly killing a police officer, I have been subjected to years of unaddressed deprivations.
I have been deprived of all rights to seek justice and denied basic needs. Blatant proof of abuse of power and deprivation has never even been addressed; instead, they are dismissed. Due to the entities involved, when I seek assistance these entities use their positions, influence and power ‘under color of law’ to hinder.
I have never had any issues or history with mental illness or drug abuse. While ‘under color of law’ Officials modified CJIS/GCIC criminal background without a hearing or cause on a (FOA) First Offender sentencing (although subject was reporting as directed by court under the First Offender Act.
2. Officials used illegally obtained warrant to seize housing and repeated hindered employment.
3. Plaintiff filed a second lawsuit against a police agency but was met with blatant obstruction and intimidation.
4. There is proof of mail tampering, blatant obstruction and judicial misconduct across multiple states.
5. Plaintiff’s court filings were illegally modified, judges were switched without cause prior to summary judgment ruling which confirms blatant obstruction and deprivation of rights.
6. Under the FOIA and due to privacy violations, plaintiff requested a copy o F.B.I. files on herself and others. There were 221 pages of 357 pages of the F.B.I. file that were questionably SEALED BY COURT ORDER, just prior to request for file.
There has been no direct communication; wherein, the facts and proof of blatant, deliberate deprivation and willful indifference and neglect has been addressed.

This letter is to follow-up on the request for assistance submitted to different legal organization and bar associations. I submitted documentation in support of allegations of multiple criminal, obstruction of justice and blatant deprivation of civil and human rights. I wanted to emphasize that this is not a farce or joke. Regardless of how I am being misrepresented, I am not on drugs nor do I suffer from any mental disorders. I have provided documentation in support of allegations.
I have never had an opportunity to be directly addressed about documentation in support of allegations or defend myself. I am contacting your offices because these entities will never stop or address these allegations properly without being held accountable. These intimidations, threats of violence, illegal acts and criminal violations continue to induce great hardship.
When I seek assistance from officials due to actual violence and intimidation, suddenly I am presented unfavorably through modification of criminal background records, falsified medical records, etc. There has also been manipulations of State governmental records for the benefit of discrediting my claims; however, blatant proof confirms allegations of violence, abuse of power, mail tampering, murder and civil rights deprivation. (Ex. A large part of my FBI file has been sealed by court order and although I am currently employed, state agencies listed me as falsely receiving welfare the day before a show cause hearing that – I did not initiate.)
Only officials or those in positions can facilitate these events through obstruction and civil rights violations. I would like to reiterate that the events listed within the provided documentation are being facilitated under color of law and manipulated for the benefit of major entities. The compilation of documents demonstrates that there is questionable behavior, obstruction of justice and misconduct that has been facilitated in three states, which includes – Nevada, Michigan and Georgia. As the daughter of a man accused of killing a police officer, these allegations have merit based on blatant proof provided.
Anyone who experienced their home shot up, family members assaulted, forced to listen to their stolen musical works on the radio and television while courts ignoring facts by dismissing lawsuits without just cause, son hit by car but police ruled in drivers favor, my name left at a double homicide and more would be emotional and distressed. After a family member was raped and dropped off at her Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, my mother’s cooperation was swift with regards to assisting in covering up copyright allegations, violence, rapes and deprivation of civil rights by discrediting me.
Just because I am not popular or well-connected does not mean that I can be forced into a life of forced servitude and suffer from deprivation of rights. There was never a history of any mental illness or behavior to merit this diagnosis. It was easier to discredit and ignore actual violence, valid allegations and claims.

Considering all the proven events that transpired and tragedies incurred, any person would be somewhat distraught and devastated at not being able to obtain any assistance while suffering intimidation and deprivation. My mother tried to conceal truth by pressuring me and adding duress. My mother sent the attached letter to governor after she found a physician to discredit me in one meeting. Regarding the so-called diagnosis given, there was not enough time or actions that would justify such a response. Again, there was never a history of any mental illness or behavior to merit this diagnosis. It was easier to discredit and ignore actual violence, valid allegations and claims. I have never been directly address in regarding allegations. See proof:
DC – In an attempt to contact the FBI – DC office, I went in person to request assistance. Although I was professional, presentable and clearly not a threat but I was deterred and refused. I was denied entry into the building and told that I could not speak with or even leave my documents in support of allegations of deliberate deprivation. I have faxed, emailed and filled request for assistance repeatedly with DOJ – DC and online but received no assistance. I personally walked into the office and filed a Petition for Judicial Review with the Judicial Council Committee with regards to blatant judicial misconduct with regards to GA COM. (See attached).
I walked into a sitting VA/DC congressperson office and spoke with front desk who told me not to leave my paperwork with him because it was too lengthy to read and he was too busy. Referred me to constituent services.
I filled copyrights with Library of Congress on my literary works derived from my experiences and there are questionable delays which confirm tampering and unexplained delays.
I’m homeless going from state to trying to seek assistance with multiple, unnatural violations but I don’t have connections necessary to even be heard as a human being.
I have contacted every official in every state concerned but it is as if someone is ‘under color of law’ is undermining my efforts to exercise my human rights to seek resolution.
Recently, I was finally given an opportunity to sit down with a Senators rep. and he confirmed that the documents raise questionable criminal activity. I was asked why I didn’t contact the US Attorney’s office. I replied that I did but was refused. US Attorney front desk clerk, told me that they don’t deal with the public directly. The last I heard was that they would forward the docs to the US Attorney and see about getting my Section 8 housing back that was taken years prior by an illegally obtained warrant. It’s been months but I have not heard back regarding either referral.
The only assistance that was offered was if I wanted to file a complaint about a senator, I declined. I was more focused on my homelessness and why I was being refused.
I only know what I have experienced. I only focus on what I can actually prove or what is perceived to be repeated questionable events and actions. However, it has been implied that multiple individuals and an officer or FBI agent has been harmed by my attempts to exercise my rights with previous multiple copyright infringement allegations and that I am too blamed.
I’m still trying to understand how you can have multiple completed, certified copyrights for musical works being played on the radio but not be able to secure representation.
However, anyone can clearly recognize that this is definitely, suspicious civil and criminal activity. In all of these years, every effort to seek proper resolution has been thwarted. Events are continuously being manipulated to hinder and deprive.
Ex: I send out faxes with contact info for help but the next day my government cell phone is disconnected without just cause. I hope that this clarifies why I am requesting assistance.

I am contacting your office regarding allegations of deliberate, willful neglect by officials ‘acting under color of law, ‘obstruction of justice’ and misconduct. The compilation of documents demonstrates that there are entities using these governmental offices for personal vendetta or as a show of power. Repeated offenses by officials have been facilitated in three states, which includes – Nevada, Michigan and Georgia.
I have been asking for help for over 30 years but due to entities involved, I have received no assistance. I am commonly referred to as a pet, slave and worse for decades.
I find it hard to accept that it is a coincidence that the enforcement of laws doesn’t seem to be applicable to me. My father is currently serving a life sentence for allegedly killing a police officer, Stanley Rapaski and Cass Czerwinski… so in addition to corruption, this is most likely a contributing factor to law enforcement acting ‘under color of law’ while refusing to acknowledge clearly questionable criminal behavior. (See Attached News clippings).
The DOJ, FBI, and other agencies empowered to enforce the laws regarding the rights that are supposed to be guaranteed by the Constitution has blatantly shown willful and deliberate neglect to perform duties or to address multiple claims allegations of corruption.
Although I do not live in each horrible moment, I have already been subjected to continued loss of enjoyment of life, loss of employment, loss of residences, physical pain, mental suffering, grief, anxiety, humiliation, rape, and emotional distress. I am far from perfect but my criminal background record has been modified to reflect inaccuracies; wherein, a single incident has been exaggerated and input as multiple offenses occurring on different dates. False charges were entered; such as, shopping cart theft and forgery.
I fear that officials have used their positions to facilitate unjust privacy violations and more.
I have provided supporting documentation with regards to the following:
Police criminal background search for Lovelace portrays an image of an African American male, not female. Police have illegally modified my CJIS Criminal background. Police acting ‘under color of law’ used illegally obtained warrant as grounds to negatively modify my background record. Police used expired, illegally obtained warrant to take public housing, cause repeated loss of employment and to hinder assistance with the use of intimidation. (See Attach.)
Under FOIA- Freedom of Information Act, recently I requested a copy of my FBI file due to concerns of privacy violations and lack of enforcement of laws by officials where Lovelace is concerned. This file contains 357 pages; however, only 125 pages are unsealed. 232 Sealed. With all the decades of inaction, any action to seal or hide specific detailed information indicates questionable behavior.
I have never struggled with any kind of addiction. I have never been psychologically, mentally or emotionally challenged. I have never been involved in any groups, gangs or other affiliation. I was given the First Offender Act in GA almost 25+ years ago, for Theft by Taking (which is only case/conviction). Prior to facing sentencing, because I went back to my hometown, a federal case was initiated due to GA Case. Flight to avoid prosecution is a federal offense.
Per FBI file, upon my surrender and sentencing…the Federal case was dismissed. HOWEVER, my FBI file reflects that AFTER the dismissal…there are over 220 pages in my file that shows SEALED PURSUANT COURT ORDER.
There has never been any communication with regards to my privacy being violated or what has been redacted and hidden from even myself. I never had any involvement with criminal activity other than single incident. What are they hiding? I fear that officials have used their positions to facilitate privacy violations without justification and cause to hide constitutional violations and abuses of unprotected African-American female. The documentation provided makes it easy to surmise that criminal violations and acts are being committed by both; federal and state agencies working in collusion through willful inaction and action which has facilitated continued deprivation of civil and human rights.
Clearly, I did not have this sealed. It is convenient that for decades, ‘Under Color of Law’ a person can be publicly deprived of every civil and human right. I am continually, openly being denied the decency of shelter and basic needs.
Again, official’s ability to unjustly obstruct justice with deliberate willful neglect and harassment through illegal modification has led to my being improperly detained and prevented from leaving the country. Obstruction of justice and deprivation of rights has hindered and prevented Lovelace’s ability to seek legal remedy through Michigan and Georgia courts. This is more than just a civil matter, there has been intimidation, violence, mail and court tampering. Each violation has deprived every recourse or resolution. When I first began seeking representation with any of the many legal issues, attorneys would return documents, declined representation. After a few years, those who responded with reference to statutes of limitation as if to dissuade. H.S.B.C. was the last thing that I saw before I was locked up.
On September 18, 2013, I attempted to check out Canada by booking a six night vacation to familiarize myself with their rules on providing my publishing services in Canada.
I was still subjected to comments and minor chatting that was in relation to prison or locking someone up.
As soon as I arrived in Canada, as I exited the gate all I could see was HSBC everywhere.
As I went through security; I had this tall manly looking woman security with the name tag – Wakowski who was anxiously walking towards me as if she had been waiting for me, needless to say that I was questioned, then I was detained and denied entry into Canada.
I was paraded in front of other officers and one had the nerve to wink at me. One of the other officers, told me that he had connects in the United States. I was detained/arrested and placed in a cell overnight;when I was awakened I had Officer Bathan place me in handcuffs that were so tight that they left a mark.
It was clear that the U.S. FBI doesn’t want me going too far because that supposedly dismissed warrant/record has not been dismissed from their system. This was no coincidence.

Power in Numbers Exposed as Bullying
Power in numbers is supposed to represent strength by individuals coming together as a united front usually in opposition or to attempt to right an injustice. In many cases, individuals are not recognized so the theory of ‘power in numbers’ can be useful in overcoming some obstacles.
However, in a world where so many people are different, disconnected and facing so many issues regarding their personal choices, we have seen ‘power in numbers’ take a turn for the worse. It would appear that ‘power in numbers’ has now escalated to simply bullying those who are different.
What I
find most disturbing is that even when supporting documentation is provided,
the evidence itself is never addressed and the guilty are never forced to
respond. Instead, the accuser is vilified and their credibility is questioned
and attacked.
In
thirty years, rarely has there ever been anyone held accountable for blatant misconduct and abuse of power. I am going to defend myself so you can call it what you want to but I did not deserve (30) years of persecution for not succumbing to the whims of men.
Clearly, it has been brought to my attention that there have been individuals who have suffered atrocities stemming from decisions that were made in reference to music industry personnel.
I made the decision not to work with specific individuals based on my experience with them and how I was treated. While at the same time, I had to get my name out there and let people see that I had talent. I soon found out that it wasn’t about talent. What I found was a lot of unhappy musicians who were trying for much longer to get there.
I had plans but what I didn’t realize is that my plans interfered with someone else’s plans. If I felt the slightest bit of deceit, I was in the wind. I was moving too fast and I didn’t want to settle for someone that would shelf me or just steal my lyrics. I tend to do that when I sense that my best interests are not being looked after. Along the way I pissed off all the wrong people for not doing what others wanted.
After I made my decision, apparently it was decided that I was not going to succeed in the music business. Instead, I would be the next victim to experience being ‘black-balled.’
To be honest, I do not believe that there was ever any good intention with regards to me being allowed to have a career in music. There was an underlying grudge that always made me feel trapped so I just worked harder at pursuing my goals. This grudge was a combination of racism and something else because it was always some unnecessary evil. There was always a point to hurt me as if they were trying to hurt someone else through me.
Keep in mind that I had worked with a good number of local producers. I discovered much later that they were in cahoots from the start. During my time working with them, they each had access to my lyrics and melodies. I worked with a lot of production companies in Detroit but none of them offered a contract that involved any money. Even the talent shows that offered contracts never involved any money.
They had some of my work but not more than one or two works, usually. After it was clear that I would not sign without some monetary incentive that is when the Co-Publishing agreement was presented.
Take a moment and ask yourself, “which group does not recognize women and does not feel that women should handle money?” That would be the male chauvinist. Just to clarify, we have racism, sexism and black on black crime combined with major grudges but somehow…I am responsible for the outcome?
It seemed odd that it would be from a major publisher out of New York since Detroit was so vested. Detroit producers refused to offer any monetary compensation, even after I produced good, usable lyrics and melodies to music tracks across different genres. They used those lyrics and still did not offer any compensation.
Being ‘black-balled’ was not enough, it was decided that I would have to be taught a lesson.
This lesson involved using my works against me. There were even songs released that contributed to disruption and instigated by having my name attached. The entire process facilitates betrayal, initiates competition among its writers/producers and battles for royalties. I never received a dime for all of my ‘works’ but I was forced to listen to my ‘gutted’ works reach the top of the charts.
When all of those songs were being used, I was hurt and angry. Of course, anyone would be distraught. I did not belong to any group and because of who I was, there was no assistance.
The violence and angry public did not really start to apply real pressure until after David McPherson showed up, introducing himself as ‘Ce Ce.’ He was the A & R rep. for Jive (Zomba was their Publisher). Prior to this appearance, I had received an industry magazine which presented images and bios of a ‘who’s, who’ in the music business. Of course, I knew who he was but I did not know why he was in Detroit or at the same nightclub with me. I never told a soul! Besides, I didn’t have anyone to tell and because of who I am, I did not have to.
Shortly after his visit, an angry public began to vent and imply that something horrible had happened and it was my fault. Oh, I am never allowed to know the specifics but I always feel the blows. With each incident, I am blamed, persecuted and every attempt is made to induce suicidal actions. No one would have signed or stayed with anyone that refused them any monetary compensation. I had no idea of what was going on behind the scenes. It could have been any of these same people who rush to judgment.
Detroit and New York. These cities have connections with multiple labels but they are independently, still in competition with each other. This brings more violence and the industry seemingly, launched a full campaign to put it all on me; instead of addressing the entire situation.
As I fought for my works, I realized that this was more than just copyright infringements.
My standing up for my works in my attempt to gain my freedom, exposed the inner workings of the industry.
Their attempt to demonstrate a show of power and in their efforts to teach me a lesson, escalated into chaos. Now all of these groups and entities is telling everyone that it’s my fault. These same racist, sexist, male chauvinist and those who listen to the lies are literally calling me a murderer and wishing for my death. All the while, I have been kept in the dark but somehow…I am being held responsible for the outcome?
Almost every song that I had written was passed along for some type of payback or vendetta. It reminded me of the story that I had heard about a famous writing team where one of their girlfriends was actually writing the lyrics but was never given credit or monies. I was told that it wasn’t unheard of to emotionally abuse, reject and cause severe duress to influence suicidal actions. I was told that she killed herself and that’s what I was being forced to do. Wouldn’t you be pissed?
It became more than being ‘black-balled’ and copyright infringements.
Every time that I would seek assistance, it was thwarted and hindered with more violence.
One by one, the public would inflict torment and punishment while naming names, implying and inferring victims of this fiasco as – Paul Allen, Larry Hatcher, Larry ‘Roc’ Campbell.
The turmoil which began between Detroit and New York became the entire U.S. and abroad.
Each incident being solely placed at my feet. Every where that I go, there is some kind of horrible experience. I incur the wrath of every racist or Caucasian that feels that the violence is my fault. I incur the wrath of every African-American because the violence that has incurred against these African-American males is attributed to me. I even experience wrath from the Hispanic community based on violent events also stemming from others decisions.
Every possible group that is in a position to assist has been negatively impacted.
What really amazes me is the number of African-American females who help by judging me harshly. Every time that I turn around, they seem to be pushing the hardest for my death. It as if they don’t see that it could have easily been either one of them. Male chauvinist and racist could care less about women and that is what is counted on. You would not have worked with either of them while they treated you like you were nothing. I am not responsible for the violence and it is convenient that everything falls on the outsider in order to appease everyone.
In all of these events, I have never been address directly or given any opportunity to defend myself without further being vilified!
I AM SO OVER PEOPLE LYING ON ME TO JUSTIFY THEIR HATE!
I may be far from perfect but I did nothing to deserve 30 years of being sacrificed, given to my enemies and subjected to public humiliation and dehumanization. I am not responsible for what happened to those men. I did not set these events in motion. The more that I was pressured, the more I fought to be free. In any event that anyone would consider showing decency, violence was used to deter.
A person who was never even considered or included in any of the decisions or decision making that lead to horrific events, How does this one person get blamed? Convicted Serial killers get a trial before they get 30 years….Hell, I didn’t know that I was on trial! That’s what ‘power in numbers’ did for me…
Now I am being threatened with another year, for trying to defend myself.
I cannot go to a job interview without being mean-mugged and it being suggested that my experience does not matter. Why must I be forced to live a distressed life, deprived of basic needs as if I started a war? I did not have any power. All I did was refuse to associate myself with those who clearly did not have my best interest in mind. Now I am supposedly the worst thing on the planet.
Street Justice is supposed to punish me for everything that has happened as if I started these events. I being publicly punished for events that have been happening for centuries. All the while, I have been trying to have the right to live with rights but somehow…I am being held responsible for the outcome?
BASICALLY, EVERYONE WANTS TO HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR MURDER, WHILE THEY SECRETLY MURDER ME!

day, Def. Dekalb County Police – GA, has refused to correct, update CGIC and forward
corrections to CJIS (Federal). Recently, records reflect
inaccurate information, charges and recently displayed a photo of a
black male as being Plaintiff (See COM-COMPLAINT OF MISCONDUCT Pg. 70).
Although
far from perfect, I have never been strung out on drugs. I have never been an
alcoholic. I am not mentally challenged. Even if I were, it does not merit a
lifetime of targeted, deliberately induced deprivation of rights.
Regarding
questions as to my character, when you research my background…the information
that will be shown is inaccurate, false charges and exaggerate offense so as to

This was written before I knew what was in store for me. I was not that lazy person waiting for handouts that people wanted to believe that I was. I always wanted to work but at that time, one of the reasons used to deny me was that I thought that I was too good to work. The public ate it up.

What would you do if a gang of ruthless thugs broke into your house, beat you up, stealing everything that you had, slapped your loved ones and kicked your dog?
Well, after regrouping and ensuring that your family is in one piece; the first thing you and any person would do is call the police to make a report so that the insurance company will pay your claim. Does this make you a snitch? No, I don’t so. A snitch is someone who does dirt with a group of people, and then to save their own ass drags everyone else in it.

They told their version of events for decades while I was clueless as to
what was being spread about me trying to cut others out!
They offered no contract in most cases or contracts with no compensation…
Through their mistreatment, they practically told me to ‘beat it’

I am not really up on street definitions but I am certain that normal, regular people file claims every day.
[These self-serving bullies used every connect possible to spread their lies of how terrible I was and about how they were trying to ‘help.’ The fact is they had decades to twist the truth and to vilify me in an effort to hold me responsible for violence that I never knew about. These men ran to spread that mess so that people would gang up and bully me into suicide but when I say what really happened…I’m the villain?]
These same thieves get caught up in their world and somehow become divided after getting caught. Bad things began swirling out of control. Violence spilled out on the streets until they reached your door.
Then to add insult to injury, you find out that this gang of thieves has enough clout behind them to sway a very large group of people to believe that what happened to them; is your fault. Just because you didn’t just sit there and take their abuse; suddenly, every bad thing that happens in the world is your fault.
Then comes the icing on the cake, (figuratively) you are kicked in the face repeatedly and then once you are seething mad that’s when someone has a camera placed in your face for the public to see you at your worst. In this age of technology, it is not unheard of to wire homes, cars, and even people. Hell, if they have g.p.s. and tracking systems in pets; why is it not possible to do this to people. Don’t some believe in keeping their friends closer and enemies closer?
Now you are on display, reeling like a crazed lunatic, angry and downright hostile. Every good thing that you have done in your past is erased. It feels like you are fighting everyone.
The public sees an angry unlikable person that must be guilty or seeking pity when this could never be so far from the truth. Besides they haven’t seen such an exciting well-orchestrated and entertaining performance. Since they are not affected they are not personally invested, they only wish to somehow obtain their fifteen minutes of fame by just being seen.Given half-truths, misinformation and flat out lies; the public takes turns assisting with this so-called payback.
Suddenly, everything that happened to them and more started to happen to you and yours. I was at home ‘blind to the prelude’ when slowly one by one people began to make their disapproval of my existence known. Only by the grace of god working through someone, are you saved physically.
Saved? I am not so sure that is the right word to use. Was this so called ‘saving’ true or was it an elaborate form of torture or part of some sadistic game.
That group of thieves and their backers consisted of multiple races, cultures, etc…
Let’s say that when something happens to anyone it is not uncommon for their loved ones to become blood thirsty. What do you think people do when they can’t get the real person responsible for their pain? They find justification to get the one that feel is weak. What do the thieves do when they get caught? They find a patsy or scapegoat. They want to pass blame. How many people do you know that accept responsibility for their actions?I know that this example is not detailed but the message will definitely be clear as I continue to tell my story regarding my experience with the music industry, family and my world. I refer to this as the ‘The Game’ because that’s what it is to some of them. Playing with people’s lives (literally) has become a sport to some. Dog eat dog world, where only the strong survive. The part that goes unspoken is that the game is fixed and the rules are constantly changed to protect the guilty.
It is humanly impossible for someone who has been poked, prodded, harassed and abused to be nice, sweet and social. That is why I say it is fixed. After many years of people telling you that they were paid to be your friend, it is not easy to go out and be overly friendly. I am decent to people who don’t break their necks to hurt. I even ignore the picture that some try to paint of me being all kinds of awful and still I treat people kind. That is until (after warning each at the onset of trouble) that you don’t want to try to play that smash game with me. I tried to tell the last group of co-workers that tried to gang up on me, this won’t end well.
Each time, I try to hold back from hurting feelings but you have to remember that I am good at defense because I have decades of experience. I, literally, begged them not to come at me with the games but one of them actually told me to ‘just die’.
They were nice at first and they were very interested. I called that record company regarding my songs and they went to being rude and playing on the phone. It was games. Anyone who wrote songs that was provided to the production company only to hear your lyrics and melody on the radio or in the studio; you would be pissed. I may not know all that transpired but I do know that something happened to some people. It was clear by the behavior and mistreatment that was thrust upon me.
The fact that I was encouraged to act due to what I was hearing. Someone with more clout blamed me for speaking up regarding my materials. What I do know is that more than one record company responded. Suddenly, it was not just a few songs but all my songs were cut up and redone using similar and/or same hooks. It was like being sent a message that we can do what we want to you. You should have just let them do what they wanted to do with your songs and ideas.
It was a joint effort. Let’s just say the ‘powers that be’ gave their blessing on my torturous demise. Boy, did they show me a few tricks or two.
Almost every song that I had written was passed along for some type of payback or vendetta. For a songwriter to hear their melodies is like recognizing your child cries or your name being called repeated. It reminded me of the story that I had heard about a famous writing team. It was told that one of their girlfriends was actually writing the lyrics but was never given credit or monies. I was told that it wasn’t unheard of to emotionally abuse, reject and cause severe duress to influence suicidal actions. I was told that she killed herself. One can never imagine that pain of being used and discarded; then to top it off tortured and mocked.
If it weren’t for the viciousness of the people, it would be easy for me to believe that the stories told were all lies to distract or influence response that would cause a deadly reaction. I was thrown to the wolves and it was ‘okay’. It was nothing; I was nothing – a Ghost.
In addition, the music wasn’t the only thing used. I couldn’t watch a television program without the ridiculous similarities to my current household topics and concerns. I know I am super sensitive right now so maybe I am tripping (at least that’s what I told myself. There is no chance of this many similarities and topics over this period of time.
This website was organized and compiled with supporting documentation so that each incident can be addressed properly by a legal professional in their field or category. However, after many decades of seeking to exercise my civil and human rights, it is clear that even with clear proof of deprivation of rights and much more…no attorney is willing to go against the ‘system,’ other major attorneys and officials!’

The legal system, police and courts refuse to acknowledge any claims in any case spanning years and even recent criminal acts involving police or judicial misconduct…while the public is used to spread rumors to justify modern day enslavement.

I can image how many citizens contact your offices seeking help so I will spare you the lengthy request. I have already contacted every senators, congresspersons, group, organization, agency but clearly due to abuse of power, influence, payoff’s, intimidation and violence…everyone is turning a blind eye.

Courts:
The courts ignored actual violence and facts while attributing ‘violence’ to being a product of plaintiffs ovarian cystectomy (female surgery)…
There was individuals who were assaulted, shot, double homicides, etc…but no one addressed or acknowledged each incident.I am not an attorney but due to most turning a blind eye, I have been forced to take matters in my own hands. I do not have to tell you how dangerous this can be but I refuse to be bullied out of my civil and human rights without a good fight.
I have reached out to many of the legal aids organizations but in spite of ‘obstruction of justice’ and many other unethical behaviors (which have clearly violated my civil rights)…some have attempted to use the statutes of limitations to dissuade the pursuit of justice.
It is as if they are disregarding that the law stipulates that civil rights violations have no statute of limitations.
Ultimately, I counted on my rights as a U.S. citizen…never considering that any could manipulate events to promote mass deception, placing blame on me.

It was bad enough that this society has a history of inhumane cruelty to minorities and that my family background would have me on their evil radar. After being subjected to their sexism, now I was allegedly to blame for racism, itself.
For many years, I have been seeking legal assistance with serious violations of constitutional laws. Throughout the years, I have been given many reasons as to why no one will help me…I have been told that I am in the wrong country. I was told that I blamed the wrong people for my copyright infringements.
It has been implied that I am the reason people have been negatively impacted: yet, I received no communication or explanation – just blame.What is funny is that for decades, I have had multiple strangers insinuate that the public has implicated an agreed ‘slave’ sum of $2 million for 20-30 years of rape, violence, intimidation and more! The decision was made…. people used their influence and power because every outlet from privacy violations, the public, television programming, radio, employers to inflict harm and to attempt to induce suicide. Many have used others instances of injustice and hardships in an effort to desensitize, minimizing the criminal and civil wrongdoings as if it should just be a normal part of life. However, a lifetime of deliberate obstruction and wrongs combined with continued unnatural incidents (including violence) only confirms this is not the same.
These efforts to deceive are easily categorized as attempts to suppress the truth behind disregarding facts; thus, cementing this oppression.The difference between similar instances of injustice is the criminal behavior used to facilitate, manipulate and cement the oppression for others to profit. Meanwhile, the masses are being fed information which promotes hostility and vengeance regarding incidents that are happening behind the scenes (violent incidents that are not acknowledged).

Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights apparently believes that violations are acceptable for certain individuals…It’s ridiculous that according to their rep, “…it’s happening to a lot of people…” so therefore, he was saying, ‘whatever!’ It went from him not having time to even look at the 2-page letter to tell me more, then he abruptly said, ‘don’t be surprised if I cut you off… It’s truly sad when those who are in place to assist, demonstrates that they could care less!
The woman who went to get their other rep. laughed as the man came to get the 2-page letter and my business card. I will be releasing the audio of the D.O.J. response to allegations of misconduct and more…

SEALED or UNSEALED, That is the Question!

I am far from perfect but my background record has been modified to reflect inaccuracies; wherein, a single incident has been exaggerated and input as multiple offenses occurring on different dates. I had included this information in my initial lawsuit as shown here in the PDF –

Under FOIA- Freedom of Information Act, recently I requested a copy of my FBI file due to concerns of privacy violations and lack of enforcement of laws by officials where Lovelace is concerned. This file contains 357 pages; however, only 125 pages are unsealed.
A federal case was initiated due to GA Case – Flight to avoid prosecution is a federal offense. Per FBI file, upon my surrender…the Federal case was dismissed.
HOWEVER, my FBI file reflects that AFTER that dismissal…there are over 220 pages in my file that shows SEALED PURSUANT COURT ORDER.
WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? I can promise that it was not sealed for my benefit! The only time there is action is when someone is covering up some dirt! With all of the decades of inaction, an action to seal or hide specific detailed information indicates questionable behavior.
Clearly, I did not have this sealed. Could this be the same Courts that refuse to recognize any of my claims and allegations in EVERY filing submitted from Michigan to Georgia.
Does this FBI file’s SEALED pages confirm awareness of the many criminal offenses committed against Lovelace?
Were they there watching in New York when I was being drugged and violated at that Hostel?
Were they listening when passerby’s would make comments referencing how many men that it was?
Who sealed my FBI Record? Was it the same Courts/Clerks that deliberately and repeatedly deprive my rights? Why block 220+ pages? If the Case was closed, why would there be a need for 220+ more pages or need for case files?
Below is an example of background records are manipulated due to abuse of power:
There was no routine traffic stop because I was not driving. I fly to Georgia and I walked into the police station to turn myself in. I was then processed on the warrant. After being processed for the warrant, the officers kept pulling me from county jail and re-arresting me on other fictitious crimes. Eventually, they were dismissed but those bogus arrest remain for the purposes of misrepresenting and to defame.
After I turned myself in, this is the FBI CASE STATUS FORM which claims that police arrested me at traffic stop; however, the truth was that I walked into a police station to surrender.

I never deserved this then and I certainly do not deserve it now. The way that I was mistreated in Washington, D.C. and North Carolina last week was deplorable but I guess that I needed to see for myself just how deep-seated the lies and mass deception actually is.
Everyone wants to pretend as if everything is normal but I have strangers telling me, “…he is robbing you every day!” or “She’s killing, as usual…”

Everyone who is in a position of addressing the many atrocities that have been forced on individuals, seek to present themselves as upstanding, decent, law-abiding citizens who actually care about civil rights and human rights; yet, they turn a blind eye and continue to profit from the violence like it’s a sport.

I am contacting your office regarding allegations of deliberate, willful neglect by officials ‘acting under color of law, ‘obstruction of justice’ and misconduct. The compilation of documents demonstrates that there are entities using these governmental offices for personal vendetta or as a show of power. Repeated offenses by officials have been facilitated in three states, which includes – Nevada, Michigan and Georgia.
I have been asking for help for over 30 years but due to entities involved, I have received no assistance. I am commonly referred to as a pet, slave and worse for decades.
I find it hard to accept that it is a coincidence that the enforcement of laws doesn’t seem to be applicable to me. My father is currently serving a life sentence for allegedly killing a police officer, Stanley Rapaski and Cass Czerwinski… so in addition to corruption, this is most likely a contributing factor to law enforcement acting ‘under color of law’ while refusing to acknowledge clearly questionable criminal behavior. The DOJ, FBI, and other agencies empowered to enforce the laws regarding the rights that are supposed to be guaranteed by the Constitution has blatantly shown willful and deliberate neglect to perform duties or to address multiple claims allegations of corruption.
Although I do not live in each horrible moment, I have already been subjected to continued loss of enjoyment of life, loss of employment, loss of residences, physical pain, mental suffering, grief, anxiety, humiliation, rape, and emotional distress. False charges were entered; such as, shopping cart theft and forgery.
I fear that officials have used their positions to facilitate unjust privacy violations and more.

Police criminal background search for Lovelace portrays an image of an African American male, not female. Police have illegally modified my CJIS Criminal background. Police acting ‘under color of law’ used illegally obtained warrant as grounds to negatively modify my background record. Police used expired, illegally obtained warrant to take public housing, cause repeated loss of employment and to hinder assistance with the use of intimidation. (See Attach.)

I have never struggled with any kind of addiction. I have never been psychologically, mentally or emotionally challenged. I have never been involved in any groups, gangs or other affiliation. I was given the First Offender Act in GA almost 25+ years ago, for Theft by Taking (which is only case/conviction). Prior to facing sentencing, because I went back to my hometown, a federal case was initiated due to GA Case. Flight to avoid prosecution is a federal offense.
Per FBI file, upon my surrender and sentencing…the Federal case was dismissed. HOWEVER, my FBI file reflects that AFTER the dismissal…there are over 220 pages in my file that shows SEALED PURSUANT COURT ORDER.
There has never been any communication with regards to my privacy being violated or what has been redacted and hidden from even myself. I never had any involvement with criminal activity other than single incident. What are they hiding? I fear that officials have used their positions to facilitate privacy violations without justification and cause to hide constitutional violations and abuses of unprotected African-American female. The documentation provided makes it easy to surmise that criminal violations and acts are being committed by both; federal and state agencies working in collusion through willful inaction and action which has facilitated continued deprivation of civil and human rights.

Obstruction of justice and deprivation of rights has hindered and prevented Lovelace’s ability to seek legal remedy through Michigan and Georgia courts. This is more than just a civil matter, there has been intimidation, violence, mail and court tampering. Each violation has deprived every recourse or resolution. When I first began seeking representation with any of the many legal issues, attorneys would return documents, declined representation. After a few years, those who responded with reference to statutes of limitation as if to dissuade. H.S.B.C. was the last thing that I saw before I was locked up.
On September 18, 2013, I attempted to check out Canada by booking a six night vacation to familiarize myself with their rules on providing my publishing services in Canada.
I was still subjected to comments and minor chatting that was in relation to prison or locking someone up.
As soon as I arrived in Canada, as I exited the gate all I could see was HSBC everywhere.
As I went through security; I had this tall manly looking woman security with the name tag – Wakowski who was anxiously walking towards me as if she had been waiting for me, needless to say that I was questioned, then I was detained and denied entry into Canada.
I was paraded in front of other officers and one had the nerve to wink at me. One of the other officers, told me that he had connects in the United States. I was detained/arrested and placed in a cell overnight;when I was awakened I had Officer Bathan place me in handcuffs that were so tight that they left a mark.
It was clear that the U.S. FBI doesn’t want me going too far because that supposedly dismissed warrant/record has not been dismissed from their system. This was no coincidence.

Power in Numbers Exposed as Bullying
Power in numbers is supposed to represent strength by individuals coming together as a united front usually in opposition or to attempt to right an injustice. In many cases, individuals are not recognized so the theory of ‘power in numbers’ can be useful in overcoming some obstacles.
However, in a world where so many people are different, disconnected and facing so many issues regarding their personal choices, we have seen ‘power in numbers’ take a turn for the worse. It would appear that ‘power in numbers’ has now escalated to simply bullying those who are different.
What I
find most disturbing is that even when supporting documentation is provided,
the evidence itself is never addressed and the guilty are never forced to
respond. Instead, the accuser is vilified and their credibility is questioned
and attacked.
In
thirty years, rarely has there ever been anyone held accountable for blatant misconduct and abuse of power. I am going to defend myself so you can call it what you want to but I did not deserve (30) years of persecution for not succumbing to the whims of men.
Clearly, it has been brought to my attention that there have been individuals who have suffered atrocities stemming from decisions that were made in reference to music industry personnel.
I made the decision not to work with specific individuals based on my experience with them and how I was treated. While at the same time, I had to get my name out there and let people see that I had talent. I soon found out that it wasn’t about talent. What I found was a lot of unhappy musicians who were trying for much longer to get there.
I had plans but what I didn’t realize is that my plans interfered with someone else’s plans. If I felt the slightest bit of deceit, I was in the wind. I was moving too fast and I didn’t want to settle for someone that would shelf me or just steal my lyrics. I tend to do that when I sense that my best interests are not being looked after. Along the way I pissed off all the wrong people for not doing what others wanted.
After I made my decision, apparently it was decided that I was not going to succeed in the music business. Instead, I would be the next victim to experience being ‘black-balled.’
To be honest, I do not believe that there was ever any good intention with regards to me being allowed to have a career in music. There was an underlying grudge that always made me feel trapped so I just worked harder at pursuing my goals. This grudge was a combination of racism and something else because it was always some unnecessary evil. There was always a point to hurt me as if they were trying to hurt someone else through me.
Keep in mind that I had worked with a good number of local producers. I discovered much later that they were in cahoots from the start. During my time working with them, they each had access to my lyrics and melodies. I worked with a lot of production companies in Detroit but none of them offered a contract that involved any money. Even the talent shows that offered contracts never involved any money.
They had some of my work but not more than one or two works, usually. After it was clear that I would not sign without some monetary incentive that is when the Co-Publishing agreement was presented.
Take a moment and ask yourself, “which group does not recognize women and does not feel that women should handle money?” That would be the male chauvinist. Just to clarify, we have racism, sexism and black on black crime combined with major grudges but somehow…I am responsible for the outcome?
It seemed odd that it would be from a major publisher out of New York since Detroit was so vested. Detroit producers refused to offer any monetary compensation, even after I produced good, usable lyrics and melodies to music tracks across different genres. They used those lyrics and still did not offer any compensation.
Being ‘black-balled’ was not enough, it was decided that I would have to be taught a lesson.
This lesson involved using my works against me. There were even songs released that contributed to disruption and instigated by having my name attached. The entire process facilitates betrayal, initiates competition among its writers/producers and battles for royalties. I never received a dime for all of my ‘works’ but I was forced to listen to my ‘gutted’ works reach the top of the charts.
When all of those songs were being used, I was hurt and angry. Of course, anyone would be distraught. I did not belong to any group and because of who I was, there was no assistance.
The violence and angry public did not really start to apply real pressure until after David McPherson showed up, introducing himself as ‘Ce Ce.’ He was the A & R rep. for Jive (Zomba was their Publisher). Prior to this appearance, I had received an industry magazine which presented images and bios of a ‘who’s, who’ in the music business. Of course, I knew who he was but I did not know why he was in Detroit or at the same nightclub with me. I never told a soul! Besides, I didn’t have anyone to tell and because of who I am, I did not have to.
Shortly after his visit, an angry public began to vent and imply that something horrible had happened and it was my fault. Oh, I am never allowed to know the specifics but I always feel the blows. With each incident, I am blamed, persecuted and every attempt is made to induce suicidal actions. No one would have signed or stayed with anyone that refused them any monetary compensation. I had no idea of what was going on behind the scenes. It could have been any of these same people who rush to judgment.
Detroit and New York. These cities have connections with multiple labels but they are independently, still in competition with each other. This brings more violence and the industry seemingly, launched a full campaign to put it all on me; instead of addressing the entire situation.
As I fought for my works, I realized that this was more than just copyright infringements.
My standing up for my works in my attempt to gain my freedom, exposed the inner workings of the industry.
Their attempt to demonstrate a show of power and in their efforts to teach me a lesson, escalated into chaos. Now all of these groups and entities is telling everyone that it’s my fault. These same racist, sexist, male chauvinist and those who listen to the lies are literally calling me a murderer and wishing for my death. All the while, I have been kept in the dark but somehow…I am being held responsible for the outcome?
Almost every song that I had written was passed along for some type of payback or vendetta. It reminded me of the story that I had heard about a famous writing team where one of their girlfriends was actually writing the lyrics but was never given credit or monies. I was told that it wasn’t unheard of to emotionally abuse, reject and cause severe duress to influence suicidal actions. I was told that she killed herself and that’s what I was being forced to do. Wouldn’t you be pissed?
It became more than being ‘black-balled’ and copyright infringements.
Every time that I would seek assistance, it was thwarted and hindered with more violence.
One by one, the public would inflict torment and punishment while naming names, implying and inferring victims of this fiasco as – Paul Allen, Larry Hatcher, Larry ‘Roc’ Campbell.
The turmoil which began between Detroit and New York became the entire U.S. and abroad.
Each incident being solely placed at my feet. Every where that I go, there is some kind of horrible experience. I incur the wrath of every racist or Caucasian that feels that the violence is my fault. I incur the wrath of every African-American because the violence that has incurred against these African-American males is attributed to me. I even experience wrath from the Hispanic community based on violent events also stemming from others decisions.
Every possible group that is in a position to assist has been negatively impacted.
What really amazes me is the number of African-American females who help by judging me harshly. Every time that I turn around, they seem to be pushing the hardest for my death. It as if they don’t see that it could have easily been either one of them. Male chauvinist and racist could care less about women and that is what is counted on. You would not have worked with either of them while they treated you like you were nothing. I am not responsible for the violence and it is convenient that everything falls on the outsider in order to appease everyone.
In all of these events, I have never been address directly or given any opportunity to defend myself without further being vilified!
I AM SO OVER PEOPLE LYING ON ME TO JUSTIFY THEIR HATE!
I may be far from perfect but I did nothing to deserve 30 years of being sacrificed, given to my enemies and subjected to public humiliation and dehumanization. A person who was never even considered or included in any of the decisions or decision making that lead to horrific events, How does this one person get blamed? Convicted Serial killers get a trial before they get 30 years….Hell, I didn’t know that I was on trial! That’s what ‘power in numbers’ did for me…

I cannot go to a job interview without being mean-mugged and it being suggested that my experience does not matter. Well, after regrouping and ensuring that your family is in one piece; the first thing you and any person would do is call the police to make a report so that the insurance company will pay your claim. Does this make you a snitch? No, I don’t so. A snitch is someone who does dirt with a group of people, and then to save their own ass drags everyone else in it.

I am not really up on street definitions but I am certain that normal, regular people file claims every day.

These same thieves get caught up in their world and somehow become divided after getting caught. Bad things began swirling out of control. Violence spilled out on the streets until they reached your door.
Then to add insult to injury, you find out that this gang of thieves has enough clout behind them to sway a very large group of people to believe that what happened to them; is your fault. Just because you didn’t just sit there and take their abuse; suddenly, every bad thing that happens in the world is your fault.
Then comes the icing on the cake, (figuratively) you are kicked in the face repeatedly and then once you are seething mad that’s when someone has a camera placed in your face for the public to see you at your worst. In this age of technology, it is not unheard of to wire homes, cars, and even people. Hell, if they have g.p.s. and tracking systems in pets; why is it not possible to do this to people. Don’t some believe in keeping their friends closer and enemies closer?
Now you are on display, reeling like a crazed lunatic, angry and downright hostile. Every good thing that you have done in your past is erased. It feels like you are fighting everyone.
The public sees an angry unlikable person that must be guilty or seeking pity when this could never be so far from the truth. Besides they haven’t seen such an exciting well-orchestrated and entertaining performance. Since they are not affected they are not personally invested, they only wish to somehow obtain their fifteen minutes of fame by just being seen.Given half-truths, misinformation and flat out lies; the public takes turns assisting with this so-called payback.
Suddenly, everything that happened to them and more started to happen to you and yours. I was at home ‘blind to the prelude’ when slowly one by one people began to make their disapproval of my existence known. Only by the grace of god working through someone, are you saved physically.
Saved? I am not so sure that is the right word to use. Was this so called ‘saving’ true or was it an elaborate form of torture or part of some sadistic game.
That group of thieves and their backers consisted of multiple races, cultures, etc…
Let’s say that when something happens to anyone it is not uncommon for their loved ones to become blood thirsty. What do you think people do when they can’t get the real person responsible for their pain? They find justification to get the one that feel is weak. What do the thieves do when they get caught? They find a patsy or scapegoat. They want to pass blame. How many people do you know that accept responsibility for their actions?I know that this example is not detailed but the message will definitely be clear as I continue to tell my story regarding my experience with the music industry, family and my world. I refer to this as the ‘The Game’ because that’s what it is to some of them. Playing with people’s lives (literally) has become a sport to some. Dog eat dog world, where only the strong survive. The part that goes unspoken is that the game is fixed and the rules are constantly changed to protect the guilty.
It is humanly impossible for someone who has been poked, prodded, harassed and abused to be nice, sweet and social. That is why I say it is fixed. After many years of people telling you that they were paid to be your friend, it is not easy to go out and be overly friendly. I am decent to people who don’t break their necks to hurt. I even ignore the picture that some try to paint of me being all kinds of awful and still I treat people kind. That is until (after warning each at the onset of trouble) that you don’t want to try to play that smash game with me. I tried to tell the last group of co-workers that tried to gang up on me, this won’t end well.
Each time, I try to hold back from hurting feelings but you have to remember that I am good at defense because I have decades of experience. I, literally, begged them not to come at me with the games but one of them actually told me to ‘just die’.
They were nice at first and they were very interested. I called that record company regarding my songs and they went to being rude and playing on the phone. It was games. Anyone who wrote songs that was provided to the production company only to hear your lyrics and melody on the radio or in the studio; you would be pissed. I may not know all that transpired but I do know that something happened to some people. It was clear by the behavior and mistreatment that was thrust upon me.
The fact that I was encouraged to act due to what I was hearing. Someone with more clout blamed me for speaking up regarding my materials. What I do know is that more than one record company responded. Suddenly, it was not just a few songs but all my songs were cut up and redone using similar and/or same hooks. It was like being sent a message that we can do what we want to you. You should have just let them do what they wanted to do with your songs and ideas.
It was a joint effort. Let’s just say the ‘powers that be’ gave their blessing on my torturous demise. Boy, did they show me a few tricks or two.

I can image how many citizens contact your offices seeking help so I will spare you the lengthy request. I have already contacted every senators, congresspersons, group, organization, agency but clearly due to abuse of power, influence, payoff’s, intimidation and violence…everyone is turning a blind eye.

The courts ignored actual violence and facts while attributing ‘violence’ to being a product of plaintiffs ovarian cystectomy (female surgery)…
There was individuals who were assaulted, shot, double homicides, etc…but no one addressed or acknowledged each incident.I am not an attorney but due to most turning a blind eye, I have been forced to take matters in my own hands. I do not have to tell you how dangerous this can be but I refuse to be bullied out of my civil and human rights without a good fight.

Video shows Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights is too busy and could care less about standing up for people’s rights or at least this African-American female. Why do people fund these types of programs? If they don’t actually have any intention of doing what they allege, why do they continue to operate? Are they in place to weed out those who don’t accept ‘slavery?’ Are they in place to add to the despair of those who are already facing the vilest of violations by nonchalantly telling them to ‘buzz off’?
L.C.C.R. of San Francisco, CA 94105 Showed complete disregard for individual’s civil rights and their response to allegations was disgusting for an organization who is supposed to represent the fight for civil rights.
Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights apparently believes that violations are acceptable for certain individuals…It’s ridiculous that according to their rep, “…it’s happening to a lot of people…” so therefore, he was saying, ‘whatever!’ It went from him not having time to even look at the 2-page letter to tell me more, then he abruptly said, ‘don’t be surprised if I cut you off… It’s truly sad when those who are in place to assist, demonstrates that they could care less!
The woman who went to get their other rep. laughed as the man came to get the 2-page letter and my business card. I will be releasing the audio of the D.O.J. response to allegations of misconduct and more…

SEALED or UNSEALED, That is the Question!

I am far from perfect but my background record has been modified to reflect inaccuracies; wherein, a single incident has been exaggerated and input as multiple offenses occurring on different dates. I had included this information in my initial lawsuit as shown here in the PDF –

Under FOIA- Freedom of Information Act, recently I requested a copy of my FBI file due to concerns of privacy violations and lack of enforcement of laws by officials where Lovelace is concerned. This file contains 357 pages; however, only 125 pages are unsealed.
A federal case was initiated due to GA Case – Flight to avoid prosecution is a federal offense. Per FBI file, upon my surrender…the Federal case was dismissed.
HOWEVER, my FBI file reflects that AFTER that dismissal…there are over 220 pages in my file that shows SEALED PURSUANT COURT ORDER.
WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? I can promise that it was not sealed for my benefit! The only time there is action is when someone is covering up some dirt! With all of the decades of inaction, an action to seal or hide specific detailed information indicates questionable behavior.
Clearly, I did not have this sealed. Could this be the same Courts that refuse to recognize any of my claims and allegations in EVERY filing submitted from Michigan to Georgia.
Does this FBI file’s SEALED pages confirm awareness of the many criminal offenses committed against Lovelace?
Were they there watching in New York when I was being drugged and violated at that Hostel?
Were they listening when passerby’s would make comments referencing how many men that it was?
Who sealed my FBI Record? Was it the same Courts/Clerks that deliberately and repeatedly deprive my rights? Why block 220+ pages? If the Case was closed, why would there be a need for 220+ more pages or need for case files?

There was no routine traffic stop because I was not driving. I fly to Georgia and I walked into the police station to turn myself in. I was then processed on the warrant. After being processed for the warrant, the officers kept pulling me from county jail and re-arresting me on other fictitious crimes. Eventually, they were dismissed but those bogus arrest remain for the purposes of misrepresenting and to defame.
After I turned myself in, this is the FBI CASE STATUS FORM which claims that police arrested me at traffic stop; however, the truth was that I walked into a police station to surrender.

THE DOJ HAS HAD MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES TO ADDRESS THE GROSS MISCONDUCT.
The DOJ offices were aware when I first filed against Dekalb Police as shown below…
Even the Form illegally reprocessed by the GA Courts/Clerks without my consent or notice or signature (so that the Defendants could have more time to respond to Complaint) was sent through the DOJ.
It is convenient that for decades, ‘Under Color of Law’ a person can be publicly deprived of every civil and human right and yet, be the single-handed culprit who is responsible for so much wrong that I can continue to be openly subjected while being denied even the decency of shelter and basic needs…
I never deserved this then and I certainly do not deserve it now. The way that I was mistreated in Washington, D.C. and North Carolina last week was deplorable but I guess that I needed to see for myself just how deep-seated the lies and mass deception actually is.
Everyone wants to pretend as if everything is normal but I have strangers telling me, “…he is robbing you every day!” or “She’s killing, as usual…”
People try to make it seem like I’m stuck in the past but this was last week!
The same week that I could not find a shelter or any assistance. It was just last week where for some convenient reason, I could not send an email to my congress person to request assistance in order to obtain Help with a Federal Agency.
Everyone who is in a position of addressing the many atrocities that have been forced on individuals, seek to present themselves as upstanding, decent, law-abiding citizens who actually care about civil rights and human rights; yet, they turn a blind eye and continue to profit from the violence like it’s a sport.
While the Artists/Songwriter’s name is sullied and drug through the figurative ‘mud,’ those who profit, hide. They pretend to separate themselves from the inhumane treatment and dehumanization of many who fall a victim to a ‘system’ that vilifies ANY who would call attention to the truth.
Learn about how every resource and outlet is used in an effort to initiate hardship on those who insist on exercising their rights while discouraging their desire to seek resolution as if to say, ‘Let it go!’ ‘We do this to everyone so there is no hope…’
Learn the entire process which demonstrates egregious intent to influence a sense of hopelessness.
When the smell of violence was fresh and ‘street justice’ was being used inflict further damage, the initial response from professionals (both, legal and official) was, “(We) can’t help you…”

Power in Numbers Exposed as Bullying
Power in numbers is supposed to represent strength by individuals coming together as a united front usually in opposition or to attempt to right an injustice. In many cases, individuals are not recognized so the theory of ‘power in numbers’ can be useful in overcoming some obstacles.
However, in a world where so many people are different, disconnected and facing so many issues regarding their personal choices, we have seen ‘power in numbers’ take a turn for the worse. It would appear that ‘power in numbers’ has now escalated to simply bullying those who are different.
What I find most disturbing is that even when supporting documentation is provided,
the evidence itself is never addressed and the guilty are never forced to
respond. Instead, the accuser is vilified and their credibility is questioned
and attacked.
In thirty years, rarely has there ever been anyone held accountable for blatant misconduct and abuse of power. I am going to defend myself so you can call it what you want to but I did not deserve (30) years of persecution for not succumbing to the whims of men.
Clearly, it has been brought to my attention that there have been individuals who have suffered atrocities stemming from decisions that were made in reference to music industry personnel.
I made the decision not to work with specific individuals based on my experience with them and how I was treated. While at the same time, I had to get my name out there and let people see that I had talent. I soon found out that it wasn’t about talent. What I found was a lot of unhappy musicians who were trying for much longer to get there.
I had plans but what I didn’t realize is that my plans interfered with someone else’s plans. If I felt the slightest bit of deceit, I was in the wind. I was moving too fast and I didn’t want to settle for someone that would shelf me or just steal my lyrics. I tend to do that when I sense that my best interests are not being looked after. Along the way I pissed off all the wrong people for not doing what others wanted.
After I made my decision, apparently it was decided that I was not going to succeed in the music business. Instead, I would be the next victim to experience being ‘black-balled.’
To be honest, I do not believe that there was ever any good intention with regards to me being allowed to have a career in music. There was an underlying grudge that always made me feel trapped so I just worked harder at pursuing my goals. This grudge was a combination of racism and something else because it was always some unnecessary evil. There was always a point to hurt me as if they were trying to hurt someone else through me.
Keep in mind that I had worked with a good number of local producers. I discovered much later that they were in cahoots from the start. During my time working with them, they each had access to my lyrics and melodies. I worked with a lot of production companies in Detroit but none of them offered a contract that involved any money. Even the talent shows that offered contracts never involved any money.
They had some of my work but not more than one or two works, usually. After it was clear that I would not sign without some monetary incentive that is when the Co-Publishing agreement was presented.
Take a moment and ask yourself, “which group does not recognize women and does not feel that women should handle money?” That would be the male chauvinist. Just to clarify, we have racism, sexism and black on black crime combined with major grudges but somehow…I am responsible for the outcome?
It seemed odd that it would be from a major publisher out of New York since Detroit was so vested. Detroit producers refused to offer any monetary compensation, even after I produced good, usable lyrics and melodies to music tracks across different genres. They used those lyrics and still did not offer any compensation.
Being ‘black-balled’ was not enough, it was decided that I would have to be taught a lesson.
This lesson involved using my works against me. There were even songs released that contributed to disruption and instigated by having my name attached. The entire process facilitates betrayal, initiates competition among its writers/producers and battles for royalties. I never received a dime for all of my ‘works’ but I was forced to listen to my ‘gutted’ works reach the top of the charts.
When all of those songs were being used, I was hurt and angry. Of course, anyone would be distraught. I did not belong to any group and because of who I was, there was no assistance.
The violence and angry public did not really start to apply real pressure until after David McPherson showed up, introducing himself as ‘Ce Ce.’ He was the A & R rep. for Jive (Zomba was their Publisher). Prior to this appearance, I had received an industry magazine which presented images and bios of a ‘who’s, who’ in the music business. Of course, I knew who he was but I did not know why he was in Detroit or at the same nightclub with me. I never told a soul! Besides, I didn’t have anyone to tell and because of who I am, I did not have to.
Shortly after his visit, an angry public began to vent and imply that something horrible had happened and it was my fault. Oh, I am never allowed to know the specifics but I always feel the blows. With each incident, I am blamed, persecuted and every attempt is made to induce suicidal actions. No one would have signed or stayed with anyone that refused them any monetary compensation. I had no idea of what was going on behind the scenes. It could have been any of these same people who rush to judgment.
Detroit and New York. These cities have connections with multiple labels but they are independently, still in competition with each other. This brings more violence and the industry seemingly, launched a full campaign to put it all on me; instead of addressing the entire situation.
As I fought for my works, I realized that this was more than just copyright infringements.
My standing up for my works in my attempt to gain my freedom, exposed the inner workings of the industry.
Their attempt to demonstrate a show of power and in their efforts to teach me a lesson, escalated into chaos. Now all of these groups and entities is telling everyone that it’s my fault. These same racist, sexist, male chauvinist and those who listen to the lies are literally calling me a murderer and wishing for my death. All the while, I have been kept in the dark but somehow…I am being held responsible for the outcome?
Almost every song that I had written was passed along for some type of payback or vendetta. It reminded me of the story that I had heard about a famous writing team where one of their girlfriends was actually writing the lyrics but was never given credit or monies. I was told that it wasn’t unheard of to emotionally abuse, reject and cause severe duress to influence suicidal actions. I was told that she killed herself and that’s what I was being forced to do. Wouldn’t you be pissed?
It became more than being ‘black-balled’ and copyright infringements.
Every time that I would seek assistance, it was thwarted and hindered with more violence.
One by one, the public would inflict torment and punishment while naming names, implying and inferring victims of this fiasco as – Paul Allen, Larry Hatcher, Larry ‘Roc’ Campbell.
The turmoil which began between Detroit and New York became the entire U.S. and abroad.
Each incident being solely placed at my feet. Every where that I go, there is some kind of horrible experience. I incur the wrath of every racist or Caucasian that feels that the violence is my fault. I incur the wrath of every African-American because the violence that has incurred against these African-American males is attributed to me. I even experience wrath from the Hispanic community based on violent events also stemming from others decisions.
Every possible group that is in a position to assist has been negatively impacted.
What really amazes me is the number of African-American females who help by judging me harshly. Every time that I turn around, they seem to be pushing the hardest for my death. It as if they don’t see that it could have easily been either one of them. Male chauvinist and racist could care less about women and that is what is counted on. You would not have worked with either of them while they treated you like you were nothing. I am not responsible for the violence and it is convenient that everything falls on the outsider in order to appease everyone.
In all of these events, I have never been address directly or given any opportunity to defend myself without further being vilified!
I AM SO OVER PEOPLE LYING ON ME TO JUSTIFY THEIR HATE!
I may be far from perfect but I did nothing to deserve 30 years of being sacrificed, given to my enemies and subjected to public humiliation and dehumanization. I am not responsible for what happened to those men. I did not set these events in motion. The more that I was pressured, the more I fought to be free. In any event that anyone would consider showing decency, violence was used to deter.
A person who was never even considered or included in any of the decisions or decision making that lead to horrific events, How does this one person get blamed? Convicted Serial killers get a trial before they get 30 years….Hell, I didn’t know that I was on trial! That’s what ‘power in numbers’ did for me…
Now I am being threatened with another year, for trying to defend myself.
I cannot go to a job interview without being mean-mugged and it being suggested that my experience does not matter. Why must I be forced to live a distressed life, deprived of basic needs as if I started a war? I did not have any power. All I did was refuse to associate myself with those who clearly did not have my best interest in mind. Now I am supposedly the worst thing on the planet.
Street Justice is supposed to punish me for everything that has happened as if I started these events. I being publicly punished for events that have been happening for centuries. All the while, I have been trying to have the right to live with rights but somehow…I am being held responsible for the outcome?
BASICALLY, EVERYONE WANTS TO HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR MURDER, WHILE THEY SECRETLY MURDER ME! GO FIGURE…
The Results:
The truth and anything that absolves me gets blocked!
Author/Plaintiff has suffered continued opposition from many governmental agencies who has
‘under color of law’ taken housing and gainful employment. Plaintiff has been barred from obtaining legal representation due to parties involved. Without stable housing and living conditions, litigant had been physically unable to compile the necessary supporting documentation (See COM-COMPLAINT OF

To this day, Def. Dekalb County Police – GA, has refused to correct, update CGIC and forward
corrections to CJIS (Federal). Recently, records reflect inaccurate information, charges and recently displayed a photo of a black male as being Plaintiff (See COM-COMPLAINT OF MISCONDUCT Pg. 70).
Although far from perfect, I have never been strung out on drugs. I have never been an
alcoholic. I am not mentally challenged. Even if I were, it does not merit a lifetime of targeted, deliberately induced deprivation of rights.
Regarding questions as to my character, when you research my background…the information
that will be shown is inaccurate, false charges and exaggerate offense so as to
attempt to justify deprivation of rights. Continued, convenient questionable
behavior and inaction should only further demonstrate corruption and misconduct

In the blink of an eye and without hesitation, I was deliberately deprived my
opportunity for justice by the Courts Judges, Clerks AND the Def. (as

Plaintiff was detained, handcuffed, paraded due to inaccuracies maintained on

This was written before I knew what was in store for me. I was not that lazy person waiting for handouts that people wanted to believe that I was. I always wanted to work but at that time, one of the reasons used to deny me was that I thought that I was too good to work. The public ate it up.

What would you do if a gang of ruthless thugs broke into your house, beat you up, stealing everything that you had, slapped your loved ones and kicked your dog?
Well, after regrouping and ensuring that your family is in one piece; the first thing you and any person would do is call the police to make a report so that the insurance company will pay your claim. Does this make you a snitch? No, I don’t so. A snitch is someone who does dirt with a group of people, and then to save their own ass drags everyone else in it.
[What is it called when the bullies run around spreading lies on their intended victims?
They told their version of events for decades while I was clueless as to
what was being spread about me trying to cut others out!
They offered no contract in most cases or contracts with no compensation…
Through their mistreatment, they practically told me to ‘beat it’
but when you move on – you are the villain!]
I am not really up on street definitions but I am certain that normal, regular people file claims every day.
[These self-serving bullies used every connect possible to spread their lies of how terrible I was and about how they were trying to ‘help.’ The fact is they had decades to twist the truth and to vilify me in an effort to hold me responsible for violence that I never knew about. These men ran to spread that mess so that people would gang up and bully me into suicide but when I say what really happened…I’m the villain?]
These same thieves get caught up in their world and somehow become divided after getting caught. Bad things began swirling out of control. Violence spilled out on the streets until they reached your door.
Then to add insult to injury, you find out that this gang of thieves has enough clout behind them to sway a very large group of people to believe that what happened to them; is your fault. Just because you didn’t just sit there and take their abuse; suddenly, every bad thing that happens in the world is your fault.
Then comes the icing on the cake, (figuratively) you are kicked in the face repeatedly and then once you are seething mad that’s when someone has a camera placed in your face for the public to see you at your worst. In this age of technology, it is not unheard of to wire homes, cars, and even people. Hell, if they have g.p.s. and tracking systems in pets; why is it not possible to do this to people. Don’t some believe in keeping their friends closer and enemies closer?
Now you are on display, reeling like a crazed lunatic, angry and downright hostile. Every good thing that you have done in your past is erased. It feels like you are fighting everyone.
The public sees an angry unlikable person that must be guilty or seeking pity when this could never be so far from the truth. Besides they haven’t seen such an exciting well-orchestrated and entertaining performance. Since they are not affected they are not personally invested, they only wish to somehow obtain their fifteen minutes of fame by just being seen.Given half-truths, misinformation and flat out lies; the public takes turns assisting with this so-called payback.
Suddenly, everything that happened to them and more started to happen to you and yours. I was at home ‘blind to the prelude’ when slowly one by one people began to make their disapproval of my existence known. Only by the grace of god working through someone, are you saved physically.
Saved? I am not so sure that is the right word to use. Was this so called ‘saving’ true or was it an elaborate form of torture or part of some sadistic game.
That group of thieves and their backers consisted of multiple races, cultures, etc…
Let’s say that when something happens to anyone it is not uncommon for their loved ones to become blood thirsty. What do you think people do when they can’t get the real person responsible for their pain? They find justification to get the one that feel is weak. What do the thieves do when they get caught? They find a patsy or scapegoat. They want to pass blame. How many people do you know that accept responsibility for their actions?
I know that this example is not detailed but the message will definitely be clear as I continue to tell my story regarding my experience with the music industry, family and my world. I refer to this as the ‘The Game’ because that’s what it is to some of them. Playing with people’s lives (literally) has become a sport to some. Dog eat dog world, where only the strong survive. The part that goes unspoken is that the game is fixed and the rules are constantly changed to protect the guilty.
It is humanly impossible for someone who has been poked, prodded, harassed and abused to be nice, sweet and social. That is why I say it is fixed. After many years of people telling you that they were paid to be your friend, it is not easy to go out and be overly friendly. I am decent to people who don’t break their necks to hurt. I even ignore the picture that some try to paint of me being all kinds of awful and still I treat people kind. That is until (after warning each at the onset of trouble) that you don’t want to try to play that smash game with me. I tried to tell the last group of co-workers that tried to gang up on me, this won’t end well.
Each time, I try to hold back from hurting feelings but you have to remember that I am good at defense because I have decades of experience. I, literally, begged them not to come at me with the games but one of them actually told me to ‘just die’.
They were nice at first and they were very interested. I called that record company regarding my songs and they went to being rude and playing on the phone. It was games. Anyone who wrote songs that was provided to the production company only to hear your lyrics and melody on the radio or in the studio; you would be pissed. I may not know all that transpired but I do know that something happened to some people. It was clear by the behavior and mistreatment that was thrust upon me.
The fact that I was encouraged to act due to what I was hearing. Someone with more clout blamed me for speaking up regarding my materials. What I do know is that more than one record company responded. Suddenly, it was not just a few songs but all my songs were cut up and redone using similar and/or same hooks. It was like being sent a message that we can do what we want to you. You should have just let them do what they wanted to do with your songs and ideas.
It was a joint effort. Let’s just say the ‘powers that be’ gave their blessing on my torturous demise. Boy, did they show me a few tricks or two.

I know I am super sensitive right now so maybe I am tripping (at least that’s what I told myself. There is no chance of this many similarities and topics over this period of time.

I would like to give you an example of why it is so important to choose your associates and friends carefully.
Let’s say that you have been working with some individual(s) and everything seems fine.
You’re working on great projects and it seems like you are on the right track. Then suddenly they offer you a contract without any kind of offer, mention or discussion of money.
They do not want to acknowledge all of your years of juggling work, school, home and efforts in the business. Of course, no one is going to sign a contract without some kind of money as a show of sincerity and good intention.
What you do not know is that when you refuse, these same people will tell everyone in the
business that you tried to cut them out or go around them.
All the while, you will have no idea of what is being said but everyone will believe and act
accordingly.
It does not have to be a contract issue but it can be any reason as to why it would be necessary for anyone who is connected to justify vilifying you.
It is that simple. Now all of their buddies that are already in the business will either pretend to show interest so that they can steal your materials and ideas, only to help ‘blackball’ you later. Then the ‘games’ really begin.
Whether you choose to make the decision to begin a working relationship with someone or not, there are consequences.
Some of these men or women may even belong to different groups who may be or may have already been negatively impacted by your decisions. Your attempts to survive the business
may conflict with others plans and they may only intend to cause you harm as some form of revenge.
There was another situation where an artist went to her ‘friend’ who was an attorney associated to local producers. She asked for assistance with an issue between two
separate local producers and one major publishing company.
Neither of the two local producers wanted to give her anything for her work. Well, he
advised her to work with the major label directly. He advised that he would send
one of the local producers a ‘Cease and Desist’ letter because he was taking credit for her work.
She trusted his decision; however, years later, she discovered that this ‘friend’ and lawyer sent
the ‘Cease and Desist’ letter to both local producers. She had continued working with one under the contract with the major publishing label without knowing that he was harboring ill-intent.
This being said, those who have been associated with the business for any length of time know how to manipulate.
It is impossible to build a relationship if these individuals only see you as a means or tool for their advancement. You may think that just because you may work with someone, it doesn’t mean that they own you. Meanwhile, they are thinking that ‘you are in their house.’
Most are not trying to build a relationship; that is, unless they can take it all (just like someone did them). Because of this philosophy, most artist succumb to the will of their
tutor out of fear of displeasing them. All because they are convinced that the individual has complete control over their entry into the business.

Let’s face it, even though you may or may not have ties to the music business –
you have heard some of the horror stories associated with the business.
Although many lives are continuously lost, many aspiring artists are still
sending in their demos and running to give their musical works away hoping to make their dreams come true.

1. It’s not just a simple matter of another artist taking credit or a simple
issue of copyright infringements.
2. The initial lawyer will encourage signing a standard contract with low
figures. They may not tell you that when the deal sours or goes bad, that you
will need tens of thousands for a legal retainer.
3. They will not tell you about the major issues with ‘conflict of interest
between entertainment attorneys within the music industry.
4. They will not tell you about the fact that the courts will not even review
your evidence because the ‘system’ is set in place to deny you any other
recourse.

emphasis on trying to use the music for dual purposes and the ‘double dealing.’
Dual Purpose Use: This is when after signing, the artist works are utilized
against the aspiring artist in an effort to induce harm and even suicidal

I didn’t just run out and write a tell-all book. It wasn’t until many years

My plight is not just about a broken heart, it’s not about greed, and it’s not

In my situation, one of the first things that I did was to seek counsel. I sought legal counsel in Michigan, Las Vegas, NV and Atlanta, GA. I contacted a number of groups, agencies and organizations across the world for assistance but even with copyrights, 50/50 major music publishing contract, public records, search warrants, etc no one would help. Instead, I was blamed for atrocities and kept in the dark.

In addition, for over two decades…Officials – while acting ‘under color of law,’ circumvented justice, hindered and enslaved daughter of man accused of murdering a Police Officer!
My father, Robert Heard allegedly killed a Detroit Police Office, Stanley Rapaski and Cass Czerwinski. I can’t help but wonder if Czerwinski is related to Democratic Representative Joseph C. Czerwinski because whoever is behind this is in position to hide the truth.
Officials under collaboration with a billion dollar industry has used courts, judges, power, positions and connections with Music Business to exact revenge and for the purposes of making a profit from enslaved individuals. Who would you choose?

Video shows Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights is too busy and could care less about standing up for people’s rights or at least this African-American female. Why do people fund these types of programs? If they don’t actually have any intention of doing what they allege, why do they continue to operate? Are they in place to weed out those who don’t accept ‘slavery?’ Are they in place to add to the despair of those who are already facing the vilest of violations by nonchalantly telling them to ‘buzz off’? L.C.C.R. of San Francisco, CA 94105 Showed complete disregard for individual’s civil rights and their response to allegations was disgusting for an organization who is supposed to represent the fight for civil rights. Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights apparently believes that violations are acceptable for certain individuals…It’s ridiculous that according to their rep, “…it’s happening to a lot of people…” so therefore, he was saying, ‘whatever!’ It went from him not having time to even look at the 2-page letter to tell me more, then he abruptly said, ‘don’t be surprised if I cut you off… It’s truly sad when those who are in place to assist, demonstrates that they could care less! The woman who went to get their other rep. laughed as the man came to get the 2-page letter and my business card. I will be releasing the audio of the D.O.J. response to allegations of misconduct and more…NOTE: Correction – ‘He is Not the son of the chief of Police but still related’ (either way, it is a very strange coincidence)
